JUICY!

Sent using BlackBerry® from Orange

Last night Juicy Couture celebrated the launch of their new London store. The waiters all looked like male models, with 'juicy' painted in red across their behinds. we drank (a lot) of champagne, and munched on mini hamburgers, macaroni cheese and fish and chips. upstairs was a cake display almost too beautiful to eat. goody bags were filled with sunglasses, perfume and a bejeweled pink and gold keyring

Petit Mal!

I was very excited when the third issue of Petit Mal made its way into my mail box. This time in larger newspaper format, the mag slash comic is a delight of fashion cut and paste. Look out for custom made magic eye prints and the fashion zombie centre spread.

100 Years of Menswear

Last Thursday (the 8th) we made our way down to the 100 Years of Menswear book launch, held at the Margaret Howell store on Wigmore Street. Author Cally Blackman was there to sign copies, while we enjoyed the wine and lusted over the store's classic tote bags - perfect for library books and laptops alike.

Update!

Long overdue, here’s a quick update of what’s been going on. Last Wednesday saw the launch of Shoreditch’s latest arts bar, The Book Club. The night featured DJ sets from Coco Sumner and resident artist Matthew Wowow. A venue for the East End’s “thinkers and drinkers”, the space will play host to a variety of regular events including Carousel Cabaret, Live Art Battles and workshops. Look out for the fashion workshop with PPQ on the 20th October.
